We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notification.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for damaged or defective products. See our Returns page for full details.
Installation and Safe Use
You are responsible for proper installation of Card-Tacs products, including selecting appropriate wall materials, using adequate fasteners, and following all included instructions. Card-Tacs are designed to hold standard Hot Wheels blister-pack cards and other 1/64 scale die-cast cars in original packaging up to the weight limits specified in included instructions. Do not install in locations where a fall would cause injury or property damage. Blue Line is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, installation in unsuitable surfaces (including drywall without appropriate anchors), overloading, or use inconsistent with provided instructions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED 30-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE DESCRIBED ABOVE, OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE LINE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BLUE LINE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE LINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUE LINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY INCLUDING COLLECTIBLE ITEMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Line, its owners, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Blue Line is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.
