Replacement Policy

If your Card-Tacs arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Simply contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to Request a Replacement

Warranty

All Card-Tacs products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your product due to manufacturing, we will replace it free of charge.
